1. What is your returns policy?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from the PANDORA eSTORE Canada (estore-ca.pandora.net), you can either return by mail or return in store. Please follow the steps below for returns.

Returns by mail -
a. Contact us at 1-888-556-9009 or caecomcustsvc@pandora.net to receive a Return Authorization and Prepaid Shipping Label.
b. All merchandise must be unused and in original condition.
c. Please indicate the quantity, item number and reason code on the Return Form located on the back of the PANDORA Packing Slip included with your original order. Please be sure to detach the Return Form and include it with the merchandise when you mail them back to us.
d. If you choose to use your own preferred method of shipping, use one that can be tracked and insured. PANDORA cannot reimburse the cost of shipping using this method.
e. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment. However, your original shipping cost is not refundable.
f. Returns will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt of your item(s) by PANDORA. You will receive an email notification once your return is processed. Please allow up to 3-5 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your account.
g. Please note PANDORA Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards are non-returnable.

Returns in-store -
a. Items purchased from PANDORA eSTORE Canada (estore-ca.pandora.net) can be returned at PANDORA stores in Canada within 30 days of purchase.
b. For items returned at a PANDORA store, a store merchandise credit will be issued only redeemable at the PANDORA store that processed the return. Refunds cannot be issued in-store for items purchased online.
c. You can exchange any item for another item of equal or greater value provided it is available in-store. However, your original shipping cost is not considered for exchange and is not refundable.
d. All merchandise must be unused and in original condition. Damaged/Defective items purchased online can only be returned by mail and cannot be returned or exchanged in-store.

2. What is your exchange policy?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from the PANDORA eSTORE CA (estore-ca.pandora.net), you can either return by mail or exchange in-store. Please follow the steps below for exchanges.

Exchanges by mail -
a. To exchange a product by mail, you must first return the item you wish to exchange by mail following the “Return by mail” instructions.
b. You will then need to reorder a new item at PANDORA eSTORE Canada (estore-ca.pandora.net). Your reorder can be made at your convenience either before or after the return has been processed.
c. You will receive an email notification once your original method of payment has been credited. You will only be credited for merchandise and not original shipping charges.

Exchanges in store -
a. Items purchased from PANDORA eSTORE Canada (estore-ca.pandora.net) can be exchanged at PANDORA stores in Canada within 30 days of purchase.

3. Can a gift recipient return PANDORA Jewellery?

Yes, a gift recipient can return merchandise. If the gift recipient returns the merchandise by mail, a credit will be issued to the original payment method, which the purchaser used. Please note that the gift recipient will not get the refund.

4. How long will it take to get my money back for my online return?

Returns will be processed within 3 to 5 business days of receipt of your item(s) by PANDORA. You will be receive an email notification once your return is processed. Please note that payment processing is beyond our control and it may take up to 3-5 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your account.

5. My PANDORA Jewellery has arrived and is damaged/faulty. What should I do?

7. The price of the item I purchased has changed since I received it. Can I get a refund?

As a retail business, our prices may change in response to trends, stock, and demand from the consumer. As such we are not able to refund the difference.
